Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Presence Studio, operated by Synthetic Human Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information when you use artificialinfluence.tech, our applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Information we may collect

• Account information, such as email address and authentication details you provide when you create or access an account.
• Usage data, such as pages or features used, approximate timestamps, and diagnostic or performance data.
• Content you submit, such as prompts, uploads, generated outputs, templates, automations, and other materials you choose to send through the Services.
• Fanvue connection data, when you connect Fanvue through OAuth, including your Fanvue user identifier, granted scopes, encrypted access and refresh tokens, and related connection metadata needed to publish content or read vault media on your behalf.
• Technical data, such as device or browser type, IP address, and cookies or similar technologies where applicable.

How we use information

We use information to operate, secure, and improve the Services; authenticate users; connect to Fanvue when you authorize us; publish or manage content you request; provide customer support; comply with law; and enforce our terms. We may also use aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you.

Fanvue OAuth and publishing

If you connect Fanvue, we store OAuth tokens in encrypted form and use them only for the scopes you approve, such as reading vault media and posting on your behalf. You can disconnect Fanvue from account settings at any time. Disconnecting stops new API access but may not delete content already published to Fanvue.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers who assist us (for example, hosting, analytics, AI infrastructure, or payment processors), when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. Fanvue receives information necessary to authenticate you and perform actions you request through their platform under Fanvue’s own terms and privacy policy.

Data retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Security

We take reasonable measures designed to protect information, including encrypting sensitive OAuth tokens at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal information. You can export or delete your account from Profile settings in the app. You may also contact us using the details below.

International transfers

If you access the Services from outside the country where we operate, your information may be processed in other countries with different data protection laws.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under the age required in your region to consent to data collection. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date when we do.
