Delete your account

Overview

This page explains how you can delete your Presence Studio account and associated personal information from artificialinfluence.tech.

Before you delete

• Subscriptions: If you have an active paid plan through the Fanvue App Store, manage or cancel billing through Fanvue so you are not charged after deletion where applicable.
• Exports: Download anything you need from Profile settings using Download my data before deleting your account.
• Fanvue: Deleting your Presence Studio account disconnects our copy of your Fanvue OAuth tokens. Content already published on Fanvue may remain until you remove it in Fanvue separately.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to the account you want removed.
2. Open Profile settings.
3. In the Danger zone, choose Delete account.
4. Type your account email address to confirm, then confirm deletion.

If self-service deletion fails, email support@synthetichumanlabs.com from the address on the account and request deletion.

What we delete

Subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs, we delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, including profile data, generated content stored with us, uploads, chat history, automations, templates, examples, and encrypted Fanvue connection tokens.

Some information may be retained where required, for example:

• Legal and security: Records needed to comply with law, resolve disputes, or detect abuse.
• Backups: Residual copies in backups may persist for a limited period until those backups rotate.
• Aggregated data: Data that does not identify you may be retained in aggregated form.

Timing

Verified self-service deletions are processed immediately. Email requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe.
